Ibuprofen 400mg — 24 tablets

Anti-inflammatory for muscular pain and backache. Take with food. Not for those with stomach ulcers — the leaflet explains.

Vitamin D3 2000 IU — 90 tablets

One a day with your main meal. Three months' supply for the dark months, from a batch we can trace to source.

Vitamin C 1000mg — 60 effervescent tablets

Dissolve one in water daily. Orange flavoured, sugar-free, and dated honestly — the expiry on the tube is the one we honour.

Cold & Flu Hot Remedy — 10 sachets

Hot lemon drink with paracetamol and decongestant. One sachet every four hours, up to four a day. Not with other paracetamol products.

Infant Paracetamol Suspension — 100ml
